Ils le font pour des raisons religieuses, pour favoriser la perte de poids ou pour am\u00e9liorer leur sant\u00e9 m\u00e9tabolique. Est-ce que je\u00fbner&nbsp;serait bon pour vous ? Les r\u00e9gimes \u00e0 base de je\u00fbne comprennent soit des je\u00fbnes p\u00e9riodiques d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e, soit des je\u00fbnes partiels impliquant une restriction calorique. D&rsquo;autres encore sont des je\u00fbnes intermittents impliquant des restrictions alimentaires \u00e0 certaines heures au cours de la journ\u00e9e (comme pour les &nbsp;je\u00fbnes religieux). Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Ruth Patterson du D\u00e9partement de M\u00e9decine Familiale et de la Sant\u00e9 Publique \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de San Diego en Californie, &nbsp;a conclu que le je\u00fbne r\u00e9duit effectivement la glyc\u00e9mie et l&rsquo;insuline. La r\u00e9duction de ces deux facteurs, qui sont eux-m\u00eames li\u00e9es au diab\u00e8te de type 2 et aux maladies cardiaques chroniques, provoque une certaine perte de poids.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je\u00fbner c&rsquo;est se tromper ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le je\u00fbne n\u2019est donc pas nuisible physiquement ou mentalement, bien au contraire. Cependant, le je\u00fbne finit par provoquer une faim intense, de sorte qu&rsquo;il est probablement difficile \u00e0 supporter sur une longue p\u00e9riode. Le je\u00fbne ne conduit pas \u00e0 une perte de poids plus soutenue qu\u2019un r\u00e9gime basse calories. &nbsp;On en sait peu sur les effets du je\u00fbne sur le sommeil, le contr\u00f4le de la faim ou de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique. Toutefois, les types de je\u00fbne qui restreignent la prise alimentaire la nuit semblent avoir un effet positif \u00e0 long terme sur le <strong>contr\u00f4le du poids<\/strong>. Le je\u00fbne p\u00e9riodique peut \u00eatre <strong>un bon moyen de perdre du poids<\/strong> et de remettre sur les rails la sant\u00e9 m\u00e9tabolique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour mieux &nbsp;contr\u00f4ler votre app\u00e9tit, il existe des <strong><a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\">compl\u00e9ments alimentaires aux ingr\u00e9dients coupe-faim<\/a><\/strong> qui vont vous aider \u00e0 supporter les privations du r\u00e9gime.
