Dans le cadre d\u2019<\/strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-seche-musculaire\/\"><strong>un r\u00e9gime qui marche<\/strong><\/a><strong>, la triche est n\u00e9cessaire. Acondition qu\u2019elle ne porte que sur un seul repas ou un seul aliment, voire une seule journ\u00e9e, si on est raisonnable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un cheat meal \u00e7a va, 3&#8230; bonjour les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019effet de tout un week-end de junk food peut bouleverser notre flore intestinale, autant que le ferait <strong>un mauvais r\u00e9gime alimentaire<\/strong> permanent. C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;affirme une \u00e9tude australienne r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019University of New South Wales (UNSW) et publi\u00e9e dans la revue Molecular Nutrition and Food Research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui explique le mauvais fonctionnement des r\u00e9gimes mal suivis et le fameux effet yo-yo n\u00e9faste \u00e0 la <strong><a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\">perte de poids<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre syst\u00e8me&nbsp;digestif comprend&nbsp;100.000 milliards de bact\u00e9ries. Des&nbsp;probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, de maladies de l&rsquo;intestin jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0&nbsp;l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 peuvent venir&nbsp;d&rsquo;une&nbsp;flore intestinale perturb\u00e9e. Le microbiote intestinal influence&nbsp;grandement&nbsp;le poids. Pire, un<strong>&nbsp;r\u00e9gime alimentaire d\u00e9sorganis\u00e9 le week end pourrait perturber le m\u00e9tabolisme<\/strong>. Il perturberait \u00e9galement l&rsquo;assimilation de la nutrition et le syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Refaire votre flore avec les probiotiques<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gime sain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Des rats expos\u00e9s \u00e0 une mauvaise alimentation en ont fait les frais. Les rats divis\u00e9s en deux groupes ont suivi pendant 16 semaines, soit un r\u00e9gime de malbouffe permanent, soit un r\u00e9gime alternant alimentation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et malbouffe. Le rythme du r\u00e9gime pauvre ou riche en sucres et graisses \u00e9tait de 4 jours\/ 3 jours. Leur m\u00e9tabolisme a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9 et mesur\u00e9&nbsp;par rapport \u00e0 un groupe ayant un r\u00e9gime sain. Les chercheurs ont mesur\u00e9 leur poids, masse grasse, insuline et leptine, en cours d\u2019\u00e9tude et au terme des 16 semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rats ayant un r\u00e9gime alternant nourriture saine et nourriture riche ont vu leur poids corporel augmenter de +18%. Leurs niveaux de leptine et d\u2019insuline sont sup\u00e9rieurs au groupe sain mais restent inf\u00e9rieurs au groupe malbouffe. On constate \u00e9galement une baisse de la fonction protectrice de la flore intestinale. Le plus remarquable est la totale d\u00e9sorganisation du r\u00e9gime alimentaire qui augmente de 30% avec ce l\u00e2chage incontr\u00f4l\u00e9.&nbsp;Une fois revenus \u00e0 une alimentation saine, ces rats ne consomment plus que 50% de l\u2019apport alimentaire. C&rsquo;est ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 par rapport aux rats rest\u00e9s au r\u00e9gime sain. C\u2019est exactement ce qui est constat\u00e9 avec l\u2019effet yo-yo du r\u00e9gime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019effet yo-yo s\u2019observe d\u00e8s 3 jours de mauvaise alimentation. Particuli\u00e8rement, c&rsquo;est visible sur la flore intestinale qui devient tr\u00e8s vite proche de celle d\u2019un sujet mal nourri en permanence.
