Miam, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s la photo, \u00e7a a l&rsquo;air super bon ! Et en plus, c&rsquo;est super facile \u00e0 faire et sans mati\u00e8re grasse \u00e0 la cuisson ! La preuve qu&rsquo;on peut cuisiner prot\u00e9in\u00e9 et healthy \u00e0 la fois !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 8 beignets healthy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 petites pommes<\/li><li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li><li>200 g de fromage blanc (0% de mati\u00e8re grasse)<\/li><li>40 g de whey vanille (ou 40 g de farine d\u2019avoine)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Recette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/li><li>S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs puis monter les blancs en neige ferme.<\/li><li>Dans un bol, fouetter les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs avec le fromage blanc et la <strong><a href=\"\/4-proteines\">whey prot\u00e9ine<\/a><\/strong> (ou la farine). Enfin, Incorporer les blancs en neige.<\/li><li>\u00c9plucher et \u00e9vider les pommes avant de les couper en 4 rondelles assez \u00e9paisses.<\/li><li>Tremper les rondelles de pommes dans la p\u00e2te \u00e0 beignets avant de les poser sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li><li>Enfourner pour 25 minutes.
