Celui-ci est surtout connu comme \u00e9tant un anti-oxydant de la famille des oligo-proanthocyanidines (OPC), flavono\u00efdes&nbsp;pr\u00e9sents dans la plupart des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux. Leur activit\u00e9 antioxydante est \u00e9tonnante&nbsp;: de 20 \u00e0 50&nbsp;fois plus importante que celle des vitamines&nbsp;C&nbsp;et&nbsp;E. L\u2019exercice cr\u00e9e beaucoup de radicaux libres et le Pycnogenol prot\u00e8gerait les tissus contre les dommages oxydatifs dus \u00e0 l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne surconsomm\u00e9 pendant l\u2019effort, am\u00e9liorant par l\u00e0 le fonctionnement des organes et donc les performances. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 tout le paradoxe de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique, l\u2019exercice est bon pour la sant\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un certain point, mais il provoque \u00e9galement un stress oxydatif pour l\u2019organisme et notamment pour les reins, le foie, le sang et les muscles. L\u2019effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique de l\u2019entrainement pourrait donc s\u2019annuler avec l\u2019oxydation, en emp\u00eachant la r\u00e9paration du muscle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parole aux scientifiques <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e par le Dr Pavlovic \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Californie, portant sur 24 hommes et femmes en bonne sant\u00e9 divis\u00e9s en deux groupes ayant re\u00e7u soit un placebo, soit 200 mg de Pycnog\u00e9nol pendant 4 semaines, auxquels il a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 de s\u2019entrainer \u00e0 85% de la capacit\u00e9 maximale (VO2max) sur un tapis roulant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude se fonde sur d\u2019autres recherches montrant que le Pycnog\u00e9nol est un excellent fixateur de radicaux libres et compense les dommages caus\u00e9s par ces derniers, vous permettant de profiter de tous les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de l&rsquo;exercice.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Am\u00e9liore la circulation sanguine<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nLe Pycnog\u00e9nol est connu aussi pour emp\u00eacher l\u2019agr\u00e9gation plaquettaire que provoque l\u2019exercice, am\u00e9liore la circulation sanguine et renforce les capillaires.
