That is the question\u00a0!\u00a0La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est que tout le monde aime les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/657-desserts\">desserts<\/a>, m\u00eame ceux qui sont <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-seche-musculaire\/\">\u00e0 la s\u00e8che ou au r\u00e9gime<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0! C\u2019est une question de go\u00fbt, on r\u00e9agit au sucr\u00e9 comme une r\u00e9compense et \u00e7a combat nos frustrations.\u00a0Sauf que les desserts ce n\u2019est pas vraiment sain, il y a des sucres ET des graisses en quantit\u00e9. Si de temps en temps on peut c\u00e9der \u00e0 la tentation, la plupart du temps on doit se faire violence. M\u00eame si\u00a0le probl\u00e8me des desserts, c&rsquo;est surtout quand \u00e7a se reproduit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>En gros on a deux options <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Prendre un dessert et renoncer \u00e0 votre objectif<\/li><li>Ne jamais manger quoi que ce soit d\u2019interdit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est clair que si on veut vraiment perdre du gras, il faut oublier la premi\u00e8re option.
