Mais une \u00e9tude am\u00e9ricaine vient de d\u00e9montrer, encore une&nbsp;fois, l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du resv\u00e9ratrol, un compos\u00e9 du vin rouge, dans la r\u00e9sistance musculaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Le vin rouge augmenterait donc la r\u00e9sistance musculaire <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resv\u00e9ratrol, un puissant anti-oxydant <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le resv\u00e9ratrol est en effet pr\u00e9sent non seulement dans le vin rouge, mais \u00e9galement dans les myrtilles, les framboises, les m\u00fbres et la peau du raisin et on lui attribue&nbsp;bien des qualit\u00e9s. Le resv\u00e9ratrol est avant tout <strong>un polyph\u00e9nol, puissant antioxydant<\/strong> pr\u00e9sent dans la plupart des fruits, qui a montr\u00e9 ses effets dans des \u00e9tudes portant sur la pr\u00e9vention de l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, ou la long\u00e9vit\u00e9. Les 3 types de fibres musculaires lent, rapide et mixte ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s ainsi que leur r\u00e9action au resv\u00e9ratrol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont les muscles les plus puissants, comme le muscle sol\u00e9aire du mollet ( un muscle lent) qui p\u00e2tissent le plus d\u2019un r\u00e9gime trop riche, bien que favorablement influenc\u00e9 par le resv\u00e9ratrol, alors que le muscle plantaire, plus petit est moins sensible au r\u00e9gime mais tout aussi r\u00e9actif.
