Ajoutez la banane coup\u00e9e en morceaux, le basilic frais. Enfin, versez l\u2019eau de coco ou le lait d\u2019amandes. Ajoutez la cuiller\u00e9e de whey. Mixez vigoureusement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la consistance souhait\u00e9e, ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 arr\u00eater le mixer et \u00e0 faire descendre avec une cuill\u00e8re, les morceaux de fruits qui ne seraient pas bien mix\u00e9s. Ajustez la consistance avec de l\u2019eau si besoin, si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez une boisson moins \u00e9paisse.<\/p>\n<p>A consommer directement pour profiter d&rsquo;une texture sorbet ????<\/p>\n<h2>Les bienfaits nutritionnels du Red Smoothie<\/h2>\n<p>La banane contient de la vitamine C et de la dopamine, ce qui lui conf\u00e8re une grande propri\u00e9t\u00e9 anti oxydante.
