Pourtant le minist\u00e8re italien de l\u2019\u00e9conomie est aussi partie prenante dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude&nbsp;et on constate que les italiens ne sont pas plus <strong>en surpoids<\/strong> que les autres pays. Il semblerait pourtant que Barilla ait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ne pas \u00eatre impliqu\u00e9 ni dans l\u2019\u00e9tude elle-m\u00eame, ni dans son financement, pour \u00e9viter toute controverse \u00e0 ce sujet. L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par les chercheurs de l&rsquo;Institut Neuromed pour la recherche, l&rsquo;hospitalisation et la sant\u00e9 de Pozzilli, I.R.C.C.S. a port\u00e9 sur des participants soumis \u00e0 <strong>un r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en<\/strong> \u00e0 base de l\u00e9gumes, de p\u00e2tes et pauvre en viande, somm\u00e9s de faire un minimum de sport. Il faut noter que les assiettes propos\u00e9es n\u2019\u00e9taient pas des spaghettis carbonara, mais des p\u00e2tes aux tomates fraiches et \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, comme pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attention \u00e0 l&rsquo;assaisonnement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019y a pas eu d\u2019effet amincissant \u00e0 proprement parler, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 globale et abdominale diminue en pr\u00e9sence de faible quantit\u00e9 de p\u00e2tes,&nbsp;mais cela d\u00e9montre en tout cas que supprimer les p\u00e2tes n\u2019a <strong>aucun effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur le poids<\/strong>, si celles-ci ne le font pas \u00e9voluer \u00e0 la hausse. Attention toutefois \u00e0 l\u2019assaisonnement et \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement qui peuvent transformer un repas sain en bombe calorique et faire prendre du poids \u00e0 long terme ! En accompagnement, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez du poisson, des l\u00e9gumes ou de la viande \u00e0 des sauces au fromage et \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.
