Certains s\u2019en sortent bien alors que d\u2019autres ne peuvent plus marcher. On connaissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019effet anti-inflammatoire des <\/strong><a href=\"\/412-omega-3\"><strong>omega-3<\/strong><\/a><strong>, mais cette \u00e9tude men\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Baylor montre que l\u2019huile de poisson gras a un effet anti-douleur significatif, surtout \u00e0 doses \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des om\u00e9ga-3 contre la douleur musculaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Test\u00e9s chez des femmes sans entrainement soumises \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance de sport, les omega-3 \u00e0 forte dose ont pu r\u00e9duire la douleur musculaire, que ce soit sur le haut ou le bas du corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, cette douleur (DOMS) n\u2019a pas disparu et les sensations de r\u00e9duction de la douleur restent difficiles \u00e0 quantifier entre 33% et 42%, ce qui reste encourageant, mais pose d\u2019autres questions. Est-ce que moins de douleur veut dire aussi moins d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 pour l\u2019entrainement qui ne fait pas mal&nbsp;? Probablement non, mais cela reste \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser. Le <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des omega-3<\/strong> est bien r\u00e9el pour les personnes qui se mettent \u00e0 l\u2019entrainement ou d\u00e9sirent s\u2019entrainer plus intens\u00e9ment et plus fr\u00e9quemment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le groupe de test a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9 en deux groupes pour cette \u00e9tude randomis\u00e9e en double aveugle, recevant soit 3,6 g d\u2019huile de poisson (3000 mg d\u2019EPA et 600 mg de DHA), soit un placebo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le Dr Grant Tinsley, professeur adjoint de physiologie de l&rsquo;exercice \u00e0 la Texas Tech University, les participantes recevant&nbsp;des omega-3 ont ressenti moins de douleur musculaire statique et fonctionnelle dans la partie du corps sup\u00e9rieure comme inf\u00e9rieure.
