Produite dans la glande pin\u00e9ale, la m\u00e9latonine est comme un chef d&rsquo;orchestre pour les autres hormones, pouvant d\u00e9clencher ou r\u00e9guler leur&nbsp;production \u00e0 un certain signal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La m\u00e9latonine pour plus de muscle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>La&nbsp;m\u00e9latonine d\u00e9clenche \u00e9galement la lib\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;hormone de croissance ou GH<\/strong>. La m\u00e9latonine ne suffira pas \u00e0 elle seule \u00e0 <strong>provoquer&nbsp;le renforcement musculaire<\/strong>, mais sa prise, au bon moment, dans le cadre d\u2019un programme incluant un <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/nutrition\/programmes-alimentaires\/\">r\u00e9gime alimentaire riche en prot\u00e9ines<\/a><\/strong>, fractionn\u00e9 en plusieurs repas quotidiens et un entrainement intense privil\u00e9giant les exercices polyarticulaires, en fait <strong>un suppl\u00e9ment bien&nbsp;utile en&nbsp;musculation<\/strong>, <strong>pour ralentir le catabolisme<\/strong>, selon les dires de certains entraineurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors d\u2019une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur des rats castr\u00e9s trait\u00e9s avec de la testost\u00e9rone ou de la m\u00e9latonine, des chercheurs ont compar\u00e9 le poids, le facteur de croissance-1 (IGF-1), l&rsquo;expression et l&rsquo;anatomie du muscle sol\u00e9aire chez ces rongeurs. Dans cette \u00e9tude, des rats m\u00e2les adultes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 castr\u00e9s, ce qui a oblig\u00e9 les chercheurs \u00e0 leur donner de la testost\u00e9rone ou de la m\u00e9latonine en injections. Chez les rats castr\u00e9s, en principe, les cons\u00e9quences sont imminentes, sur les petits muscles, en particulier ; le poids du muscle sol\u00e9aire diminue et le diam\u00e8tre des fibres est r\u00e9tr\u00e9ci. Toutefois en leur administrant de la testost\u00e9rone et \u00e9galement de la m\u00e9latonine, la taille des muscles augmente. L\u2019observation de l\u2019IGF-1 par immunocoloration faite dans les cellules satellites et \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie des fibres musculaires a conclu \u00e0 une coloration moins intense dans le groupe castr\u00e9. Par contre, une forte coloration de l&rsquo;IGF-1 a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien s\u00fbr observ\u00e9e dans le groupe testost\u00e9rone, mais aussi de fa\u00e7on moins attendue dans le groupe m\u00e9latonine. Les effets sur l\u2019anatomie des myofibrilles dans le groupe testost\u00e9rone et le groupe m\u00e9latonine \u00e0 injection \u00e9taient similaires, ce qui signifie que les hormones ont toutes deux contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 maintenir l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et la structure du muscle.
