On note aussi le surpoids, le stress, le manque de sommeil, les polluants, le tabac, l\u2019alcool, les drogues\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le temps des rhumes arrive&nbsp;! Deux \u00e0 cinq rhumes par an&nbsp;? C\u2019est en moyenne ce qui vous guette. Et il est assez difficile d\u2019\u00e9viter tous les virus qui nous entourent. Heureusement, on a un syst\u00e8me immunitaire super bien rod\u00e9, mais parfois il s\u2019enraye.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alors, pr\u00eat \u00e0 relever le d\u00e9fi d\u2019immunit\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment se pr\u00e9munir des infections&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre immunit\u00e9 est d\u2019abord faite d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de barri\u00e8res&nbsp;: peau, salive, intestins, anticorps\u2026 Mais ensuite il y a les \u00ab&nbsp;soldats&nbsp;\u00bb, les lymphocytes ou globules blancs charg\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9liminer les virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire de l\u2019exercice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceux qui pratiquent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ont moins de chances de succomber aux infections. Leur risque est inf\u00e9rieur de 29% par rapport \u00e0 ceux qui ne font rien. Il est prouv\u00e9 qu\u2019<strong>un exercice physique&nbsp;r\u00e9gulier et mod\u00e9r\u00e9<\/strong> en plus d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9, pourrait contribuer \u00e0 augmenter l\u2019immunit\u00e9. Il am\u00e9liore la circulation sanguine, et donc par extension facilite l\u2019action du syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lutter contre le cortisol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De l\u2019exercice, oui mais pas trop. Attention toutefois \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9passer les bornes car <strong>le surentrainement, au contraire, effondre les d\u00e9fenses<\/strong>. Un exercice intense augmente le cortisol. Un taux de cortisol \u00e9lev\u00e9 a un impact sur la fonction immunitaire qui est r\u00e9duite. Ne passez pas trop de temps \u00e0 la salle, limitez vos entrainements \u00e0 1H maxi pour \u00e9viter la baisse d\u2019immunit\u00e9. C\u2019est notamment le cas des efforts d\u2019endurance comme le marathon. Un effort prolong\u00e9 plus de deux heures qui vous rend particuli\u00e8rement vuln\u00e9rables aux infections juste apr\u00e8s l\u2019exercice. Il est donc primordial de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer suffisamment pour compenser cette fragilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ajouter des glucides<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00eame <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-seche-musculaire\/\">un r\u00e9gime faible en glucides<\/a><\/strong> \u00e9l\u00e8ve aussi le cortisol, cr\u00e9ant un stress suppl\u00e9mentaire pour votre organisme. Pour \u00e9viter de tomber malade, il est donc conseill\u00e9 de prendre une collation \u00e0 base de glucides apr\u00e8s l\u2019entrainement. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;autant plus vrai si vous cumulez exercice intensif et r\u00e9gime strict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Augmenter&nbsp;les&nbsp;prot\u00e9ines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines ont un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer au niveau immunitaire. Si on suit <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/proteines\/\">un r\u00e9gime riche en prot\u00e9ines<\/a><\/strong>, l\u2019immunit\u00e9 est renforc\u00e9e (on parle d\u2019un r\u00e9gime de 3g\/kg de poids de corps). Et ceci m\u00eame si on effectue un entrainement intense et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 la limite du surentrainement. Il est possible de limiter les d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments des sympt\u00f4mes du rhume, avec la prise de prot\u00e9ines qui augmente la r\u00e9sistance aux infections.
