Mais il se trouve aussi que la caf\u00e9ine ralentit la fatigue lors d&rsquo;entrainements intenses. Pour le v\u00e9rifier, des chercheurs ont administr\u00e9 des doses de caf\u00e9ine \u00e0 des handballeurs professionnels. Ils se sont aper\u00e7us que leur puissance \u00e9tait fortement augment\u00e9e, notamment sur les s\u00e9ries de sauts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Plus de puissance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la caf\u00e9ine <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un groupe de scientifiques br\u00e9siliens dirig\u00e9 par Beatriz Ribeiro a men\u00e9 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience. La prise de caf\u00e9ine (6 mg par kg de poids corporel) a, en effet, augment\u00e9 la puissance de 5,3%, chez ces joueurs de handball. Ils ont mesur\u00e9 la puissance au cours de quatre s\u00e9ries de 30 secondes, ou lors de sauts verticaux r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s avec 60 secondes de repos entre les s\u00e9ries. La diff\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 sensible par rapport \u00e0 un placebo. C&rsquo;est int\u00e9ressant parce que le handball est un sport olympique. Comme le football et le basket-ball, il n\u00e9cessite beaucoup de d\u00e9placements rapides et de l\u2019explosivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame avec une puissance d\u2019entrainement \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le fait de s&rsquo;entrainer&nbsp;en pr\u00e9sence de caf\u00e9ine n&rsquo;a pas produit plus de d\u00e9g\u00e2ts musculaires. C&rsquo;est ce que prouve l&rsquo;observation des&nbsp;niveaux de cr\u00e9atine kinase mesur\u00e9s dans le sang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les athl\u00e8tes soumis \u00e0 des sports n\u00e9cessitant une grande puissance, ont donc inter\u00eat \u00e0 <strong>prendre de la caf\u00e9ine. <\/strong>C&rsquo;est le cas notamment<strong>\u00a0des culturistes,\u00a0<\/strong>avant les sessions\u00a0avec charges. D&rsquo;autant plus s&rsquo;ils souhaitent\u00a0<strong>am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de leurs s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement<\/strong>.
