Si ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas, on peut prendre des probiotiques notamment apr\u00e8s une maladie ou la prise d&rsquo;antibiotiques. On les consomme aussi dans le but d&rsquo;assimiler plus de prot\u00e9ines au niveau de l\u2019intestin et de r\u00e9duire les inconforts digestifs li\u00e9s \u00e0 une <\/strong><a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>forte consommation de prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les probiotiques contre l&rsquo;inflammation<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Les probiotiques sp\u00e9cial ventre plat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Peu de personnes en prennent, et pourtant, les probiotiques seraient capables aussi de r\u00e9duire l\u2019inflammation, ce qui int\u00e9resse de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s toutes les personnes sportives. Et ce d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019elles auraient m\u00eame un effet sur nos <strong>performances<\/strong>&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est ce que des chercheurs am\u00e9ricains, italiens et n\u00e9o-z\u00e9landais ont constat\u00e9 en faisant prendre pendant 21 jours une combinaison de probiotiques aux sujets de l\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats, une prise de probiotiques avant l\u2019exercice provoque <strong>une r\u00e9duction de l\u2019\u00e9tat inflammatoire de 10%<\/strong>, ce qui est suffisant pour \u00e9viter les dommages musculaires suivant l&rsquo;effort. Or nous savons que l\u2019inflammation est un facteur de risque pour les muscles, les tendons, les articulations. Cette pr\u00e9vention permet de retrouver une meilleure sant\u00e9 globale et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer de l\u2019amplitude dans les mouvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si les athl\u00e8tes n\u2019ont pas tous les m\u00eames objectifs (gain de muscle ou perte de poids) et arrivent dans des conditions physiques diff\u00e9rentes, ils sont \u00e9duqu\u00e9s \u00e0 cette sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de compl\u00e9ments alimentaires et savent que cela peut les aider \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer plus rapidement, \u00e0 <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/recuperation-optimale-gains-rapides\/\">am\u00e9liorer leurs performances<\/a>.<\/strong> M\u00eame s\u2019ils connaissent l\u2019effet des probiotiques sur la sant\u00e9 et les utilisent volontiers, ils n\u2019avaient jusque-l\u00e0 pas eu conscience de leurs effets potentiels sur la performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les scientifiques de la Christian Texas University (USA), R &amp; D Bioloab (Italie) et de la Massey University (Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande) ont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 15 hommes en bonne sant\u00e9 et suivant un entrainement de musculation pour participer \u00e0 une \u00e9tude randomis\u00e9e en double-aveugle. Soit, ils ont re\u00e7u 5 milliards de cellules vivantes (AFU) de S. thermophilus FP4 et de B. breve BR03, soit un placebo pendant 21 jours. Apr\u00e8s cela, ils ont effectu\u00e9 un exercice mobilisant lesfl\u00e9chisseurs du coude en excentrique, bien connu pour provoquer des l\u00e9sions musculaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suite \u00e0 cette cure de probiotiques, les niveaux d&rsquo;interleukine-6 \u200b\u200b(IL-6), un marqueur inflammatoire dans le sang, mesur\u00e9s par cytom\u00e9trie en flux, a diminu\u00e9 par rapport au taux de base, et cet effet a \u00e9t\u00e9 maintenu pendant 48 heures apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exercice. Cependant, par rapport au placebo, ce changement n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s significatif.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Le double effet des probiotiques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Par contre, il a \u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;constat\u00e9 \u00e9galement que la suppl\u00e9mentation en probiotiques a provoqu\u00e9 un renforcement isom\u00e9trique, 24 \u00e0 72h apr\u00e8s l\u2019exercice et aurait am\u00e9lior\u00e9 l\u2019angle du bras au repos de fa\u00e7on mod\u00e9r\u00e9e entre 24 et 48H .
