L&rsquo;inflammation chronique &#8211; un important facteur de risque de maladie cardiovasculaire, de crise cardiaque et d&rsquo;AVC, se d\u00e9veloppe en pr\u00e9sence de stress m\u00e9tabolique chronique d\u00fb \u00e0 l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline, de l&rsquo;hypertension art\u00e9rielle et de facteurs ext\u00e9rieurs comme le tabagisme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paroles de scientifiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Zhi Yu du Brigham and Women\u2019s Hospital de Boston a analys\u00e9 <strong>la consommation de noix<\/strong> de plus de 5000 personnes lors d\u2019\u00e9tudes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur la sant\u00e9 des infirmi\u00e8res et des professionnels de la sant\u00e9. Les noix et ol\u00e9agineux ont en effet bien des qualit\u00e9s. En plus d\u2019\u00eatre riches en bons acides gras mono-instaur\u00e9s, en min\u00e9raux importants comme le magn\u00e9sium et le calcium et m\u00eame en prot\u00e9ines (elles sont conseill\u00e9es en collation pour les <a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentation-prise-masse\/\"><strong>r\u00e9gimes de prise de<\/strong> <strong>masse<\/strong><\/a> !). On sait \u00e9galement qu\u2019elles diminuent le mauvais cholest\u00e9rol, prot\u00e8gent le c\u0153ur, permettent de rester mince et surtout, elles auraient un effet marqu\u00e9 sur les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes inflammatoires. Les chercheurs ont en effet constat\u00e9 qu\u2019<strong>une consommation \u00e9lev\u00e9e de noix<\/strong> \u00e9tait li\u00e9e \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;inflammation du corps, mesur\u00e9 par la Prot\u00e9ine C-r\u00e9active. Le fait de remplacer tout simplement chaque semaine trois portions de viande par trois portions de noix suffirait \u00e0 <strong>r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;inflammation du corps tout entier<\/strong> et par l\u00e0-m\u00eame le risque de maladie cardiaque. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez donc pas \u00e0 <a href=\"\/conseils\/noix-utiles-musculation\/\"><strong>mettre les noix<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>au menu de vos programmes de bodybuilding<\/strong><\/a>. Par chance, il en existe des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes que vous pouvez alterner : noix, noix du Br\u00e9sil, noix de p\u00e9can, amandes, pistaches, cacahu\u00e8tes, noisettes&#8230; Vous pouvez \u00e9galement les consommer sous forme de beurres mix\u00e9s pour plus de facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisation.
