En r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ce n&rsquo;est pas un pain, mais plut\u00f4t un g\u00e2teau. C\u2019est une super collation pour la <a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentation-prise-masse\/\">prise de masse<\/a> ou le petit d\u00e9jeuner et aussi un bon moyen de recycler les bananes trop m\u00fbres (Ne vous fiez pas \u00e0 la photo, car les bananes les plus m\u00fbres avec la peau noire, ne sont pas sur la photo, elles sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la p\u00e2te!). L\u2019effet est tr\u00e8s moelleux en bouche sans \u00eatre trop sucr\u00e9, ce qui passe super bien.<\/li><li>On a ajout\u00e9 de l\u2019extrait de vanille et on a choisi de ne pas mettre de rhum, ni de cannelle. On a aussi fait torr\u00e9ifier (griller) quelques amandes effil\u00e9es a \u00e0 la po\u00eale chaude pendant 10 mn, qu\u2019on a ajout\u00e9 pour moiti\u00e9 dans le m\u00e9lange et saupoudr\u00e9 aussi le reste sur le cake avant cuisson.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/nutrition\/recettes\/\">certaines recettes<\/a><\/strong>, et si on a envie de changer, <strong>on peut ajouter des morceaux de chocolat<\/strong> ou des fruits secs concass\u00e9s ou encore des baies. Mais comme \u00e7a, c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s bon. D&rsquo;autres variantes remplacent aussi la farine de bl\u00e9 par de la farine de coco ou de riz pour \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sans gluten.
