Voir si la bi\u00e8re est responsable des fameux \u00ab\u00a0Beer belly\u00a0\u00bb ou abdos Kronenbourg dont on l\u2019accuse&nbsp;? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u2019est une \u00e9tude tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieuse de 2009 publi\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;European Journal of Clinical Nutrition qui s&rsquo;y est coll\u00e9e. Cette \u00e9tude n&rsquo;est certes, pas des plus r\u00e9centes. Mais la question se pose r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, notamment lors de f\u00eates ou de la fameuse St Patrick. Et elle l\u2019affirme, c&rsquo;est non! Et pourtant pas moins de 20.000 Allemands, amateurs de bi\u00e8re par excellence, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s. L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tait de d\u00e9montrer&nbsp; que la fameuse bou\u00e9e abdominale ne d\u00e9pend pas de la bi\u00e8re. Et pour cause le breuvage dor\u00e9 fait grossir&#8230; de partout&nbsp;! Si la plupart des possesseurs d\u2019un gros ventre sont des buveurs de bi\u00e8re, tous les buveurs de bi\u00e8re n\u2019ont pas un gros ventre. Bi\u00e8re et abdos ? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des chercheurs tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieux de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de &nbsp;G\u00f6teborg sont all\u00e9s v\u00e9rifier par eux-m\u00eames. L\u2019\u00e9tude ne dit pas combien de litres de bi\u00e8re ils ont eux-m\u00eames descendus pour en arriver \u00e0 cette conclusion&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">La bi\u00e8re ne fait pas prendre que du ventre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les premiers r\u00e9sultats obtenus avec mesure du tour de taille et de hanches, poids et taille, la bi\u00e8re ne fait pas <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/musculation-contre-graisse-abdominale\/\">prendre particuli\u00e8rement de la graisse abdominale.<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;Par contre, elle est responsable d\u2019une prise de poids globale, et d\u2019une accumulation de graisse sur tout le corps. Et ceci, tant chez les hommes que chez les femmes qui en consomment aussi. La consommation estim\u00e9e se situe entre 250 ml par jour en moyenne chez les femmes et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 plus d\u2019un litre chez les hommes, consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme de gros buveurs. De plus, le lien bi\u00e8re et abdos ne se v\u00e9rifie que chez une partie de la population. Comme il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00e9tudes bas\u00e9es surtout sur le d\u00e9claratif, il est difficile d\u2019avoir des donn\u00e9es s\u00fbres. D&rsquo;ailleurs, ceux qui consomment de la bi\u00e8re sont sans doute aussi les m\u00eames qui ont un bon coup de fourchette, les deux allant ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand on boit un verre avec des copains, on ne compte pas vraiment les calories. Du coup, on n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s regardant sur la qualit\u00e9 de la nourriture du type chips\/pizza. C\u2019est donc le total des calories (trop de nourriture, de sucre, d\u2019alcool) et non la bi\u00e8re qui serait incrimin\u00e9e dans la <strong>prise de poids<\/strong>. L\u2019alcool en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (et donc la bi\u00e8re) ferait grossir mais n\u2019est pas le seul coupable. Surtout, ce qui se passe, c\u2019est que le foie m\u00e9tabolise l\u2019alcool et non la graisse, ayant pour cons\u00e9quence de&nbsp;<strong>faire stocker&nbsp;le surplus de graisse. <\/strong>Cela<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>favorise l\u2019exc\u00e8s de gras en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. De plus, les buveurs de litres de bi\u00e8re ne sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pas hyper sportifs et peu port\u00e9s sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 cardio. Ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas de ceux qui boivent une bi\u00e8re, apr\u00e8s la sortie v\u00e9lo entre amis, seulement une fois de temps en temps. Quant aux abdos \u00ab&nbsp;kro&nbsp;\u00bb, ils n\u2019existeraient pas, puisque qu\u2019ils ne sont pas forg\u00e9s uniquement aux 6-packs de bi\u00e8re&nbsp;! Mais il est clair que la <strong>prise de poids sur la<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>zone abdominale<\/strong> est la zone de stockage privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e chez les hommes. Chacun sa faiblesse, tout comme les femmes stockent dans les cuisses et les fesses. A quand une autre \u00e9tude&nbsp;?
