Mieux, il permet de lutter contre l\u2019inflammation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Le cacao champion de la sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de la Brown University \u00e0 Rhode Island, vient d\u2019identifier ce fait. Selon le Journal of Nutrition, <strong>la consommation de chocolat ou cacao serait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9 cardio-vasculaire<\/strong>. Et m\u00eame, carr\u00e9ment, \u00e0 doses \u00e9lev\u00e9es, le chocolat r\u00e9duirait le taux de triglyc\u00e9rides et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline. Or ces marqueurs font partie des principaux risques qui influencent la sant\u00e9 cardiaque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les responsables&nbsp;: les flavonols, un sous-groupe de flavono\u00efdes, les antioxydants les plus efficaces. Ils seraient capables de r\u00e9duire un taux de triglyc\u00e9rides \u00e9lev\u00e9s, de diminuer la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline et l&rsquo;inflammation syst\u00e9mique. <strong>Les flavonols seraient pr\u00e9sents dans le cacao et le chocolat noir<\/strong> principalement.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Les gros consommateurs de chocolat concern\u00e9s <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette m\u00e9ta-analyse, les \u00e9tudes retenues ont montr\u00e9 que<strong> les flavonols ont des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur la sant\u00e9 du c\u0153ur<\/strong>, \u00e0 condition d\u2019\u00eatre consomm\u00e9s en quantit\u00e9 importante. Les gros consommateurs de chocolat qui consomment quotidiennement entre 200 et 600 mg de flavanols par jour profiteraient de ces bienfaits. Au-del\u00e0 de 600 mg par jour les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices disparaissent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La quantit\u00e9 recommand\u00e9e est de 50 mg de flavonols de cacao par jour pour 10g de chocolat noir (soit 0.5% flavonols). Il s\u2019agirait alors de consommer entre 40 g et 120 g de chocolat pour profiter de ces effets positifs. Les flavonols du cacao am\u00e9liorent l\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 des vaisseaux sanguins et agiraient aussi comme un booster de NO (oxyde nitrique) diminuant la pression art\u00e9rielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ces doses de flavonols sont rarement atteintes. Les flavonols seraient plus ou moins concentr\u00e9s dans la f\u00e8ve de cacao suivant la qualit\u00e9 de celle-ci (leur origine, leur fermentation, le process de fabrication du chocolat (torr\u00e9faction, conchage..). Or nos chocolats aujourd\u2019hui sont de moins en moins riches en cacao et contiennent certainement beaucoup moins de flavonols, il faut donc \u00eatre vigilant quant \u00e0 sa teneur en cacao et l\u2019origine de la f\u00e8ve et <strong>privil\u00e9gier le plus pur chocolat noir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Accro au chocolat ?
