Ceux-ci augmentent la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019insuline et l\u2019insuline augmente l\u2019anabolisme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Le r\u00f4le de l&rsquo;insuline dans la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>L&rsquo;une des plus puissantes hormones anabolisantes<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nDe nombreux articles font \u00e9tat du r\u00f4le de l\u2019insuline dans la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines et diminue la d\u00e9gradation de celles-ci, faisant d\u2019elle l\u2019une des plus <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/testosterone-stimulants-hormonaux\/\">puissantes hormones anabolisantes<\/a><\/strong>. Toutefois les fonctions de l\u2019insuline sont diff\u00e9rentes selon l\u2019\u00e2ge. Quand on est jeune, on est beaucoup plus r\u00e9ceptif \u00e0 l\u2019insuline. En effet,&nbsp; la recherche se base sur cette facult\u00e9 de l\u2019insuline sur des sujets jeunes. Mais que se passe-t-il chez des adultes&nbsp;? L\u2019insuline a-t-elle le m\u00eame impact en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019hydrates de carbone&nbsp;?\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autres \u00e9tudes portant sur des sujets matures ont montr\u00e9 que l\u2019insuline agit de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on. Toutefois ces \u00e9tudes ont port\u00e9 sur des concentrations d\u2019insuline sup\u00e9rieures aux niveaux physiologiques (naturels), en pr\u00e9sence de quantit\u00e9s \u00e9lev\u00e9es d\u2019hydrates de carbone et de calories. C\u2019est peut-\u00eatre vrai pour les bodybuilders ayant recours aux injections d\u2019insuline, mais pas forc\u00e9ment pour un m\u00e9tabolisme normal. Dans des concentrations normales, il n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident de mettre en \u00e9vidence ce pouvoir de l\u2019insuline. Une \u00e9tude de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de l\u2019Illinois a mesur\u00e9 l\u2019impact sur des sujets soumis \u00e0 un entrainement. Ils ont re\u00e7u soit un placebo, soit un repas riche en hydrates de carbone, soit un repas contenant graisses, prot\u00e9ines et hydrates de carbone.&nbsp; Il y a eu peu de diff\u00e9rence entre le placebo et le repas \u00e0 base d\u2019hydrates de carbone seuls. L\u00e0 encore la r\u00e9ponse \u00e9tonne, les deux augmentent la r\u00e9ponse anabolique, et l\u2019association prot\u00e9ines + hydrates de carbone plus que les prot\u00e9ines seules. La preuve que l\u2019action des hydrates de carbone sur l\u2019anabolisme est r\u00e9elle.
