Il interf\u00e8re avec les signaux \u00e9lectriques dans les muscles et les nerfs, ralentit les r\u00e9actions \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et affaiblit les contractions musculaires. La br\u00fblure que vous ressentez pendant l&rsquo;exercice intense est partiellement caus\u00e9e par l&rsquo;accumulation d&rsquo;ions hydrog\u00e8ne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;autres facteurs contribuant \u00e0 la fatigue engourdissante comprennent l&rsquo;interf\u00e9rence avec les pompes \u00e0 cellules (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire les pompes de sodium, de potassium et de calcium), entra\u00eenant une r\u00e9duction de lib\u00e9ration de calcium et un exc\u00e8s de phosphate inorganique.
