On vous a dit que&#8230; vous avez lu que&#8230; , ou vous avez l&rsquo;impression de l&rsquo;avoir toujours su&#8230; Pourtant, de fausses croyances circulent, certains rapportent des lieux communs ou des clich\u00e9s qui finissent par sembler vrais, tant on les a entendus.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Il vaut mieux manger des glucides que des graisses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Savez-vous quelle maladie d\u2019origine alimentaire sera la premi\u00e8re cause de d\u00e9c\u00e8s d\u2019ici 20 ans ? Le diab\u00e8te de type 2 d\u00fb \u00e0 une surconsommation de glucides simples alors que notre activit\u00e9 physique ne cesse de d\u00e9croitre ! Manger une grosse quantit\u00e9 de glucides alors que vous ne faites au mieux qu\u2019une heure d\u2019exercice par jour sollicitera avec exc\u00e8s le pancr\u00e9as (qui s\u00e9cr\u00e8te l\u2019insuline). Si votre pancr\u00e9as est \u00ab en b\u00e9ton \u00bb vous deviendrez seulement gras mais si, comme plus de la moiti\u00e9 de la population, vous avez une pr\u00e9disposition aux troubles m\u00e9taboliques, vous risquez fort de d\u00e9velopper un diab\u00e8te de type 2.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>C&rsquo;est donc le sucre qui est l&rsquo;ennemi N\u00b0 1<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous allez me dire que manger trop de graisses est mauvais pour le cholest\u00e9rol \u2026 C\u2019est tout \u00e0 fait vrai, toutefois toutes les enqu\u00eates r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que les surconsommations de glucides sont bien sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la surconsommation des graisses. Pensez-y lorsque vous choisirez votre&nbsp;<a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\"><b>br\u00fbleur de graisses.<\/b><\/a>&nbsp;M\u00e9fiez-vous davantage des sucres cach\u00e9s que des graisses cach\u00e9es ! En plus, les graisses (et notamment le cholest\u00e9rol) jouent un r\u00f4le sur les hormones et notamment la production de testost\u00e9rone, cette fameuse hormone qui vous rend muscl\u00e9 et non gras justement.
