Attention donc \u00e0 l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 et \u00e0 respecter les <strong>jours de r\u00e9cup entre deux s\u00e9ances<\/strong>, quel que soit votre sport, car sport intense et d\u00e9sir masculin ne vont pas tr\u00e8s bien ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">La faute au cortisol ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019hypoth\u00e8se avanc\u00e9e pour expliquer une telle diff\u00e9rence est que<strong> la pratique du sport intense provoque une hausse de cortisol<\/strong> (hormone antagoniste \u00e0 la testost\u00e9rone) et donc une fatigue physique plus intense. Ceux qui d\u00e9sirent des enfants devraient aussi se pr\u00e9occuper de la baisse de la concentration de spermatozo\u00efdes, s\u2019ils pratiquent plus de 5h de sport par semaine\u00a0; le sport \u00e9levant la temp\u00e9rature corporelle cela nuit \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9. Pratiqu\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, c\u2019est carr\u00e9ment l\u2019inverse, le sport est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique par rapport \u00e0 la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusion, l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 des niveaux d\u2019intensit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9s et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s est associ\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on significative avec la <strong>diminution de la libido chez les hommes<\/strong>.
