Cette \u00e9tude men\u00e9e en double aveugle portant sur des jeunes femmes adultes de poids normal consistait \u00e0 alimenter ces femmes par un repas d\u2019environ 430 kCal&nbsp;enrichis de&nbsp;52 g d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s, soit sous forme de prot\u00e9ine de lactos\u00e9rum soit sous forme d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s combin\u00e9s entre eux. On leur a propos\u00e9 des repas soit \u00e0 base de viande soit de <strong><a href=\"\/356-special-vegan\">prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/a><\/strong>. Suite \u00e0 cela, leur sati\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e dans le temps jusqu\u2019au repas suivant espac\u00e9 de 3h. Cette fois ce sont les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (pois, haricots) qui l\u2019ont emport\u00e9 sur les prot\u00e9ines animales, avec un meilleur effet coupe-faim, r\u00e9duisant la prise alimentaire de 10 \u00e0 15% lors du repas suivant.
