Pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre un champion de marathon pour tirer tous les <a href=\"\/conseils\/courez-memoire\/\">avantages de la course \u00e0 pied<\/a>, car courir, m\u00eame de temps en temps, aiderait \u00e0 vivre plus longtemps.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Augmenter l&rsquo;esp\u00e9rance de vie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On sait d\u00e9j\u00e0 que le sport est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9 cardio-vasculaire en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral mais <strong>courir offre la meilleure option pour augmenter l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Courir 1 h pour gagner 7 h de vie<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nSelon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par des chercheurs am\u00e9ricains et publi\u00e9e dans la revue&nbsp;Progress in Cardiovascular Disease, courir une heure suffit \u00e0 vous faire gagner 7 heures de vie. &nbsp;Pas besoin non plus de passer la moiti\u00e9 de votre vie \u00e0 courir pour esp\u00e9rer vivre plus longtemps, les sujets \u00e9tudi\u00e9s couraient deux heures chaque semaine. Cela ne repr\u00e9sente que 6 mois au total \u00e0 courir sur 40 ans de vie. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents tests men\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;Institut Cooper de Dallas avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 que 5 mn de course quotidienne avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 une incidence sur la long\u00e9vit\u00e9.
