C&rsquo;est pourquoi cette \u00e9tude canadienne tente de proposer une solution m\u00eame pour les non-sportifs avec des&nbsp;handgrips. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Ce qu&rsquo;en disent les scientifiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On sait que l\u2019exercice a\u00e9robique (d\u2019une dur\u00e9e minimum de 30 mn) pratiqu\u00e9 5 fois par semaine est un moyen efficace de traiter la maladie, mais les patients disent bien souvent ne pas avoir le temps de pratiquer un sport. Philip Millar et ses coll\u00e8gues de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 McMaster au Canada ont prouv\u00e9, lors d\u2019\u00e9tudes, que le fait de s\u2019entra\u00eener 3 fois par semaine avec des handgrips, pendant une dur\u00e9e de 8 semaines pouvait r\u00e9duire la pression systolique de 125 \u00e0 120 mmHg et la pression\u00a0 diastolique de 90 \u00e0 87 mmHg.
