Le HIIT, c\u2019est une succession d\u2019exercices courts et intenses (30 secondes) entrecoup\u00e9s de p\u00e9riodes de repos de quelques minutes. En comparant les effets de l\u2019entrainement HIIT et de l\u2019entrainement mod\u00e9r\u00e9, les chercheurs ont constat\u00e9 que la glyc\u00e9mie \u00e9tait meilleure chez les sujets diab\u00e9tiques soumis \u00e0 un entrainement par intervalle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">L&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;exercice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce que cela veut dire&nbsp;? Tout d\u2019abord que l\u2019exercice est une part importante dans le traitement de la maladie quelle qu\u2019elle soit. Ensuite qu\u2019il est possible d\u2019inverser la tendance en ce qui concerne le mauvais fonctionnement du m\u00e9tabolisme du glucose. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Contrer le mauvais fonctionnement du m\u00e9tabolisme du glucose<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nLes chercheurs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Turku en Finlande ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 chez les sujets diab\u00e9tiques de type de 2, les effets de cet entrainement en sprint cycliste et d\u2019autres types d\u2019entrainement, dans le cadre d\u2019un protocole incluant \u00e0 la fois des personnes diab\u00e9tiques et en bonne sant\u00e9. Des dosages m\u00e9taboliques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s sur des hommes \u00e2g\u00e9s entre 40 et 60 ans en bonne sant\u00e9 ainsi que sur des sujets atteints de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline, dont certains atteints de diab\u00e8te de type2 et d\u2019autres seulement de pr\u00e9-diab\u00e8te. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors qu\u2019au d\u00e9part le m\u00e9tabolisme du glucose et la sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019insuline \u00e9taient r\u00e9duits chez les sujets diab\u00e9tiques et pr\u00e9-diab\u00e9tiques par rapport au groupe de glyc\u00e9mie normale, au bout de 2 semaines (6 s\u00e9ances), les <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/hiit-efficace-pour-perte-de-graisse\/\">b\u00e9n\u00e9fices du HIIT<\/a><\/strong> \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien r\u00e9els. Le m\u00e9tabolisme du glucose s\u2019est harmonis\u00e9 entre le groupe diab\u00e9tique et le groupe en bonne sant\u00e9, m\u00eame si au fond tout type d\u2019exercice, intense ou pas est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Mais du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019exercice mod\u00e9r\u00e9, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration sur le m\u00eame laps de temps a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 50% par rapport au groupe HIIT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>L\u2019effet de l&rsquo;exercice HIIT est donc nettement plus rapide<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude montre que tout type d\u2019exercice am\u00e9liore le m\u00e9tabolisme du glucose, qu\u2019il soit ou non de forme HIIT ou plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9, mais la pratique de l\u2019exercice par intervalles a ceci d\u2019int\u00e9ressant que les r\u00e9sultats sont nettement plus rapides en ce qui concerne la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline. Sans compter que l\u2019endurance s\u2019am\u00e9liore plus vite avec ce type d\u2019exercice \u00e0 intervalle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans vouloir aller trop vite, le HIIT aurait quasiment le m\u00eame effet que des m\u00e9dicaments contre le diab\u00e8te visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la glyc\u00e9mie, sans en avoir les effets secondaires et donnerait des r\u00e9sultats rapides en ce qui concerne les troubles du m\u00e9tabolisme du glucose.
