Puis ajoutez le lait de coco, les flocons d\u2019avoine et enfin les BCAA go\u00fbt Tutti Frutti de Superset. Mixez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"titre_encart_pub\">les BCAA pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Versez le smoothie dans un bol et garnissez le de topping. Pour cela vous pouvez mettre des fruits secs comme des amandes, des noisettes ou des noix.\u00a0 Avec des graines de chanvre, chia, lin ou de courge.
