Pourtant il n\u2019y a que des avantages \u00e0 m\u00e9diter quand on pratique un sport, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de la musculation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">La relaxation avant les comp\u00e9titions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A un certain stade de stress, tout ce qui peut faire redescendre un peu les niveaux est appr\u00e9ciable.
