Prise environ une heure avant l&rsquo;exercice, <\/strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/bienfaits-cafeine\/\"><strong>la caf\u00e9ine augmente la vigilance<\/strong><\/a><strong>, ce qui peut rendre la perception de l\u2019exercice moins difficile et la performance bien meilleure. Les cyclistes avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu \u00e9prouver ces bienfaits en p\u00e9dalant plus fort et plus rapidement. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9duire la douleur musculaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la consommation de caf\u00e9ine pouvait vraiment <strong>aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la douleur musculaire pendant l&rsquo;exercice<\/strong> et permettre de mieux r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des sessions d\u2019entrainement. Une nouvelle \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans le Journal Strength Conditioning Research s\u2019est pench\u00e9e sur son potentiel pour aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la douleur musculaire apr\u00e8s l\u2019effort de type cycliste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 4 sessions de v\u00e9lo du matin et 3 de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, les sujets ont re\u00e7u soit 3 mg de caf\u00e9ine par kg de poids corporel soit un placebo. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/cafeine-contre-douleur\/\">la caf\u00e9ine r\u00e9duit la douleur<\/a><\/strong> et r\u00e9tablit la perception de la remise en forme physique des jambes apr\u00e8s les s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement. On sait que la caf\u00e9ine est un compl\u00e9ment important pour l&rsquo;entrainement. Elle augmente la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, en particulier au cours des exercices \u00e0 intervalle r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9. Elle augmente \u00e9galement les niveaux d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, lesquels c\u2019est bien connu, am\u00e9liorent aussi la <strong>motivation \u00e0 l\u2019entrainement<\/strong>. On ne le r\u00e9p\u00e8te sans doute pas assez : 85 % du succ\u00e8s obtenu dans la vie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral vient d&rsquo;abord de l\u2019envie et de la motivation. C&rsquo;est la m\u00eame chose pour l&rsquo;entrainement, \u00e7a commence par l&rsquo;envie.
