Le probl\u00e8me vient peut-\u00eatre de ce que vous buvez\u2026 &nbsp;les boissons sucr\u00e9es sont une plaie selon une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans la revue BNC. On sait d\u00e9j\u00e0 que boire des sodas est n\u00e9faste \u00e0 cause des quantit\u00e9s de sucre cach\u00e9es dans ces boissons, mais on n\u2019y pense pas toujours lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de boissons dites sportives ou de jus de fruits, en apparence plus sains, qui ont malheureusement le m\u00eame effet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des efforts vains avec le soda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En faisant le test sur deux groupes de sujets \u00e2g\u00e9s de 23 ans en moyenne, les chercheurs ont constat\u00e9 deux choses&nbsp;: la premi\u00e8re c\u2019est que <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/proteines\/proteine-pour-maigrir\/\">la consommation de prot\u00e9ines impacte positivement le m\u00e9tabolisme<\/a><\/strong>, la seconde c\u2019est que la prise d\u2019une boisson sucr\u00e9e diminue ces effets. On a mesur\u00e9 leur consommation d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne, la production de dioxyde de carbone et les excr\u00e9tions azot\u00e9es d&rsquo;urine. L&rsquo;azote est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment constituant de la prot\u00e9ine et la quantit\u00e9 excr\u00e9t\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;urine fournit une estimation pr\u00e9cise de la d\u00e9gradation des prot\u00e9ines. Une fois que l&rsquo;utilisation de la prot\u00e9ine est connue, la quantit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;utilisation des glucides et des graisses pour la respiration peut \u00eatre correctement calcul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux groupes de sujets ont pris deux repas identiques durant ces 24 heures, le premier contenant 15% de prot\u00e9ines et le deuxi\u00e8me, 30% de prot\u00e9ines. En accompagnant ces deux repas d\u2019une boisson sucr\u00e9e et d&rsquo;une boisson aux \u00e9dulcorants, les chercheurs se sont rendus compte que <strong>la prise d\u2019une boisson sucr\u00e9e, en m\u00eame temps qu\u2019un repas riche en prot\u00e9ines, diminuait de mani\u00e8re significative (40%) l&rsquo;utilisation de la graisse<\/strong> et la thermogen\u00e8se induite par l&rsquo;alimentation (production de chaleur.
