Elle a montr\u00e9 une <strong>r\u00e9duction du stress oxydatif<\/strong> imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9ance et perdurant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 48H apr\u00e8s, en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une boisson \u00e0 base de jus de grenade, administr\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 un placebo.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Booster sa r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chercheurs ont en effet constat\u00e9 une diminution de la peroxydation lipidique de 12,5%, un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u2019oxydation d\u00fb au stress oxydatif qui entraine la formation de radicaux libres. Le jus de grenade est capable de lutter contre ses effets d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res en <strong>augmentant la r\u00e9ponse anti-oxydante<\/strong> d&rsquo;environ 7,5% et 9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 ml de <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/grenade-empecher-fonte-musculaire\/\">jus de grenade<\/a><\/strong> administr\u00e9 3 fois par jour dans les 48H pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant l\u2019entrainement et une dose de 500 ml une heure avant l\u2019entrainement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des prises de sang ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es 3 mn imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s les s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;halt\u00e9rophilie et de nouveau 48 heures apr\u00e8s. En mesurant les biomarqueurs pour la p\u00e9roxydation lipidique (malondiald\u00e9hyde MDA) ainsi que des biomarqueurs pour la r\u00e9ponse antioxydante enzymatique et non enzymatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jus de grenade est en effet tr\u00e8s riche en polyph\u00e9nols, anthocyanes, tanins et poss\u00e8de <strong>une activit\u00e9 anti-oxydante bien sup\u00e9rieure<\/strong> (x3) \u00e0 celle du raisin, des myrtilles, des cranberries, des oranges ou du th\u00e9 vert.
