Mais les gar\u00e7ons aussi ont leurs obsessions, m\u00eame si chez eux, c\u2019est plut\u00f4t du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des muscles qu\u2019il faut les chercher. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les adolescents souffrent bien souvent du complexe d\u2019Adonis, une sorte d\u2019inversion de l\u2019anorexie, qui fait qu\u2019ils ne se trouvent jamais assez muscl\u00e9s.<br> Cela commence par un <a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\"><strong>entrainement de musculation intensif<\/strong><\/a>, puis par <a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-seche-musculaire\/\"><strong>une di\u00e8te visant \u00e0 perdre du gras<\/strong><\/a> et enfin un engouement pour les compl\u00e9ments alimentaires qui se transforme parfois en recherche de solutions beaucoup plus radicales, comme les <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/\">st\u00e9ro\u00efdes ou des produits interdits.<\/a><\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces pratiques borderline sont de plus en plus r\u00e9pandues chez les adolescents complex\u00e9s et d\u00e9prim\u00e9s qui cherchent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur image corporelle. Ce sont les plus vuln\u00e9rables qui cherchent sur le&nbsp; net et sont tent\u00e9s par ces pratiques peu recommandables pour transformer leur physique et, pourquoi pas, leur vie. car ils fondent beaucoup d&rsquo;espoirs l\u00e0-dessus. C\u2019est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le la revue Psychology of men &amp; Masculinity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les adolescents ayant une vision d\u00e9form\u00e9e de leur corps, se trouvent bien trop maigres ou carr\u00e9ment en surpoids, les deux \u00e9tant susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre tent\u00e9s par l\u2019usage de st\u00e9ro\u00efdes pour obtenir le&nbsp; physique de leurs r\u00eaves.<br>Ceux-ci n\u2019ont aucune id\u00e9e des risques et des dangers qu\u2019ils encourent, surtout si leur exp\u00e9rimentation se prolonge, car sur le long terme, les troubles deviennent plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u2019oublions pas que la musculation est, comme tous les autres sports, un sport qui demande de la patience, et n\u00e9cessite de nombreuses ann\u00e9es de pratique, pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats probants. Si vous \u00eates un ado et que vous vous trouvez maigre, commencez par <strong>doubler votre ration de nourriture<\/strong> <strong>et par vous entrainer 3 ou 4 fois par semaine<\/strong>. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure de votre progression, faites \u00e9voluer votre routine d\u2019entrainement et votre r\u00e9gime alimentaire et fiez-vous \u00e0 des sites s\u00e9rieux, plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 des pratiques interdites.
