Mais ce qu\u2019on sait moins c\u2019est qu\u2019il am\u00e9liore aussi les performances physiques. D\u2019apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude polonaise \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle, c\u2019est d\u00e9sormais prouv\u00e9. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Comment agit le ginkgo ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des effets cognitifs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les extraits de feuilles de Ginkgo biloba sont une source naturelle de flavono\u00efdes et de compos\u00e9s polyph\u00e9noliques. On les utilise dans le but d&rsquo;<strong>am\u00e9liorer les performances cognitives et physiologiques.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des effets sur les performances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e par les scientifiques de la Jerzy Kukuczka Academy of Physical Education et la Poznan University of Physical Education. Des extraits standardis\u00e9s de feuille de Ginkgo Biloba (160 mg) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 administr\u00e9s au hasard \u00e0 des jeunes hommes. Par ailleurs, le groupe t\u00e9moin a re\u00e7u un placebo, durant 6 semaines.&nbsp; Les chercheurs ont observ\u00e9 des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques non seulement au niveau du cerveau mais \u00e9galement au niveau physique.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Intensifier ses s\u00e9ances gr\u00e2ce au ginkgo <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La VO2max a augment\u00e9 dans les deux groupes test\u00e9s. Toutefois, de plus fortes augmentations sont effectives dans le groupe prenant le Ginkgo. De plus, les niveaux de BDNF ont augment\u00e9 significativement pendant l\u2019exercice, dans le groupe sous ginkgo. Le BDNF ou Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor est aussi appel\u00e9 facteur neurotrophique. Les doses habituelles auxquelles l\u2019effet du ginkgo est sensible sont de l\u2019ordre de 40 \u00e0 60 mg, 3 \u00e0 4 fois par jour. Or, cette \u00e9tude se base sur une seule dose de 160 mg chaque jour.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Il y a quoi dans le ginkgo ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pouvoir du ginkgo biloba lui vient sans doute de ses compos\u00e9s polyph\u00e9noliques. Ces derniers lui procurent des effets antioxydants. En outre, une suppl\u00e9mentation de six semaines avec un extrait standardis\u00e9 de Ginkgo biloba apporte aussi&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/agir-cerveau-ameliorer-performances-physiques\/\">des am\u00e9liorations de leur performance d&rsquo;endurance<\/a><\/strong>. C&rsquo;est prouv\u00e9 par la <strong>mesure de la VO2max<\/strong> et du taux de biomarqueurs d\u2019antioxydants sanguins, tout en prot\u00e9geant les neurones via le facteur BDNF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La production de BDNF ou facteur neurotrophique issu du cerveau augmente en pr\u00e9sence de ginkgo. Cette prot\u00e9ine fait partie des <strong>facteurs de croissance<\/strong> qui agissent sur la survie des neurones, y compris les neurones moteurs. Toutefois, on la trouve dans de nombreux tissus. On pense que ces facteurs neurotrophiques auraient la capacit\u00e9 de faire \u00ab\u00a0repousser\u00a0\u00bb les neurones endommag\u00e9s. Or, on sait combien les neurones sont impliqu\u00e9s dans <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\">l\u2019entrainement physique<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, les chercheurs ont not\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration de la VO2Max et de la capacit\u00e9 anti-oxydante du sang. La VO2max mesure le d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne maximal que l&rsquo;organisme est capable de fournir pour subvenir \u00e0 ses besoins lors d&rsquo;un effort physique. Elle est un excellent <strong>indicateur de la performance sportive<\/strong>. C\u2019est d\u2019autant plus troublant qu\u2019on soup\u00e7onne aussi ce facteur BDNF d\u2019\u00eatre activ\u00e9 par l\u2019exercice physique.
