On vous a dit que\u2026 vous avez lu que\u2026 , ou vous avez l&rsquo;impression de l&rsquo;avoir toujours su\u2026 Pourtant, de fausses croyances circulent, certains rapportent des lieux communs ou des clich\u00e9s qui finissent par sembler vrais, tant on les a entendus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les \u00e9pinards sont tr\u00e8s riches en fer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette croyance dure depuis plus d\u2019un si\u00e8cle, d\u2019o\u00f9 le<b>\u00a0mythe de la force\u00a0<\/b>de Popeye et trouve son origine dans une petite anecdote ! Il y a un peu plus de 100 ans, la secr\u00e9taire d\u2019un scientifique faisant des recherches en nutrition se trompa d\u2019un z\u00e9ro en tapant son rapport, ainsi la concentration en fer des \u00e9pinards se vit multipli\u00e9e par 10, d\u2019o\u00f9 la confusion sur la concentration en fer des \u00e9pinards. Malgr\u00e9 le rectificatif, le mythe perdura et se d\u00e9veloppa dans l\u2019inconscient collectif. Si vous souhaitez optimiser votre apport alimentaire en fer, nul n\u2019est besoin de consommer des quantit\u00e9s hallucinantes d\u2019\u00e9pinards qui sont n\u00e9anmoins un tr\u00e8s bon l\u00e9gume vert ! Vous pouvez donc en consommer dans votre<b>\u00a0<a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-prise-masse-seche\/\">r\u00e9gime de musculation<\/a><\/b>,\u00a0pour des tas d&rsquo;autres raisons, mais pas uniquement pour le fer.
