Si le LDL est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de troubles cardio-vasculaires, ce n\u2019est pas le cas du HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) qui lui au contraire r\u00e9duit le risque.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les amandes, mine d&rsquo;om\u00e9ga-3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les amandes sont riches en om\u00e9ga-3 et font partie <a href=\"\/conseils\/bonnes-graisses-lesquelles\/\">des bonnes graisses<\/a><\/strong> (monoinsatur\u00e9es, polyinsatur\u00e9es). Des recherches ant\u00e9rieures avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es sur les <strong>signes de r\u00e9duction du cholest\u00e9rol LDL avec les amandes<\/strong> mais on n\u2019avait pas encore tout \u00e0 fait compris comment cela fonctionnait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chercheurs ont voulu savoir si en plus d\u2019augmenter le taux de HDL, la fonction pouvait s\u2019am\u00e9liorer gr\u00e2ce aux amandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le HDL est comme un petit sac qui se remplit au fur et \u00e0 mesure de son contact avec les cellules et des tissus du cholest\u00e9rol qu\u2019il capte et le d\u00e9pose dans le foie pour le d\u00e9composer. <strong>La consommation d\u2019amandes am\u00e9liorerait la fonction HDL proprement dite<\/strong> en augmentant le nombre et la taille des lipoprot\u00e9ines actives dans ce processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des sujets de poids normal dont une partie seulement recevait une poign\u00e9e d\u2019amandes chaque jour (43g), ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 une alimentation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, pendant six semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le r\u00e9gime \u00e0 base d\u2019amandes<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>a eu un effet positif sur le cholest\u00e9rol<\/strong> en am\u00e9liorant&nbsp;la fonction HDL de 6,4 %. Les particules HDL vont chercher le cholest\u00e9rol dans les art\u00e8res, grossissent et vont conduire le cholest\u00e9rol vers le foie pour qu\u2019il soit ensuite \u00e9limin\u00e9 par le tube digestif gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la bile.&nbsp;Les lipoprot\u00e9ines ont donc le pouvoir de diminuer le risque g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de maladie cardiovasculaire, en jouant quasiment un r\u00f4le de \u00ab&nbsp;nettoyeur&nbsp;\u00bb des tissus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les amandes, en plus de constituer d\u2019excellentes collations<\/strong> pour un programme de prise de muscle -et <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/pourquoi-cholesterol\/\">du cholest\u00e9rol, il en faut<\/a><\/strong>&#8211; fournissent \u00e9galement d\u2019autres nutriments que les bonnes graisses, notamment des antioxydants et des fibres.
