Au contraire, aujourd\u2019hui elles sont d\u00e9finitivement r\u00e9habilit\u00e9es face au sucre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une \u00e9tude \u00e0 large \u00e9chelle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les chercheurs ont analys\u00e9 l\u2019alimentation de plus de 135.000 personnes issues de 18 pays diff\u00e9rents et dans plusieurs tranches d\u2019\u00e2ge, pendant 7 ans. Ils se sont aper\u00e7us que trop diminuer les graisses augmentait le risque de mortalit\u00e9.&nbsp;Les r\u00e9gimes riches en sucres&nbsp;et pauvres en graisses \u00e9taient au final beaucoup plus dangereux que les r\u00e9gimes comportant surtout des graisses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Une addiction mondiale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Limiter le sucre \u00e9vite la prise de poids ou <strong>facilite la perte de kilos<\/strong>&nbsp;et pourtant la plupart des gens tirent leurs calories des glucides pour moiti\u00e9. Encore plus en Chine, Afrique et Asie du Sud o\u00f9 un quart des gens consomme 70% de glucides dans leur assiette. Il existe d&rsquo;ailleurs une <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/sucre-addictif-drogue\/\">v\u00e9ritable addiction au sucre<\/a><\/strong>, bien plus terrible que les drogues et qui touche&nbsp;un maximum de personnes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En observant simplement les accidents cardio-vasculaires et les d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur cette p\u00e9riode, les chercheurs ont remarqu\u00e9 une corr\u00e9lation entre les <strong>gros consommateurs de glucides <\/strong>et les d\u00e9c\u00e8s (risque augment\u00e9 de 28%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour autant, les populations consommant tr\u00e8s peu de graisses satur\u00e9es ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment mieux loties car le risque de d\u00e9c\u00e8s est \u00e9lev\u00e9 aussi. Bizarrement les personnes consommant 35% de graisses dans leurs apports \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques voient leur risque de d\u00e9c\u00e8s diminu\u00e9 de 23% et leur risque d\u2019AVC r\u00e9duit de 21%.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">R\u00e9duire le sucre plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique que r\u00e9duire les graisses <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention donc en cas de r\u00e9gime strict de ne pas descendre en dessous d\u2019un apport en graisses inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10%. Car il n\u2019y a aucun b\u00e9n\u00e9fice \u00e0 r\u00e9duire davantage les apports et m\u00eame un risque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente publi\u00e9e dans le journal Annals of Internal Medicine&nbsp;a montr\u00e9 les effets d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gime pauvre en glucides sur la pr\u00e9vention des maladies cardiovasculaires chez 148 am\u00e9ricains ob\u00e8ses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On les a soumis sur le long terme, soit \u00e0 <strong>un r\u00e9gime pauvre en sucres<\/strong> (&lt;40g par jour), soit \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime pauvre en graisses (&lt;30% des apports). Cette exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e sans compter le nombre total de calories, ni imposer d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En surveillant les sujets \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers \u00e0 3, 6 et 12 mois, les mesures ont montr\u00e9 <strong>une perte de poids sup\u00e9rieure<\/strong> (-3,5kg) chez le groupe soumis au <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-seche-musculaire\/\">r\u00e9gime faible en glucides<\/a><\/strong>, ayant suivi le r\u00e9gime jusqu\u2019au bout, comparativement au groupe suivant le r\u00e9gime faible en lipides. On a \u00e9galement enregistr\u00e9 une diminution de leur IMC et des facteurs de risque cardio vasculaires.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Le sucre responsable <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela montre bien que ce sont <strong>les glucides qui sont responsables de la prise de poids<\/strong>.
