Puisqu\u2019on recule l\u2019heure, l&rsquo;horloge indiquera 18h quand en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 il sera 19h. Par cons\u00e9quent nos rythmes circadiens seront perturb\u00e9s.&nbsp; Les rythmes circadiens r\u00e9gulent notre cycle de veille\/ sommeil sur 24h. Comme la nuit tombera plus t\u00f4t, nous aurons tendance \u00e0 nous endormir plus t\u00f4t. Or dormir tout de suite apr\u00e8s le repas n\u2019est pas bon. De ce fait, le stockage est facilit\u00e9 d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance de faire des repas l\u00e9gers le soir et \u00e9loign\u00e9s de l\u2019heure d\u2019endormissement. En effet, il est peu recommand\u00e9 de manger de grosses quantit\u00e9s tard le soir. Mais l\u2019\u00e9tude souligne que le rythme circadien compte plus que tout et non l\u2019heure de l\u2019horloge pour \u00e9viter de grossir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Heure biologique et heure de la montre<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Apport alimentaire et rythme circadien<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nL\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 gagne du terrain et les raisons sont nombreuses. Les chercheurs savent que <strong>manger plus tardivement<\/strong> est un facteur de risque pour la sant\u00e9, mais ils ne savent pas \u00e0 quel point cela influence la composition corporelle. Cette \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans l\u2019American Journal of Clinical Nutrition a donc port\u00e9 sur <strong>le moment des repas<\/strong>. Il s&rsquo;agissait de mesurer l&rsquo;influence de l&rsquo;heure indiqu\u00e9e par l&rsquo;horloge, du temps circadien, du contenu de l&rsquo;apport alimentaire et la composition corporelle.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">La m\u00e9latonine responsable du cycle veille \/ sommeil <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>110 participants, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 22 ans, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis durant 30 jours. Les chercheurs ont observ\u00e9 leur sommeil et les comportements circadiens de chacun dans le cadre de leurs activit\u00e9s habituelles. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude indiquent que les individus ayant un taux de graisse corporelle \u00e9lev\u00e9e consommaient la plupart de leurs calories 1,1 h avant la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de la m\u00e9latonine. Or celle-ci intervient quelques heures apr\u00e8s la tomb\u00e9e de la nuit (vers 21h) et d\u00e9clenche le <strong>besoin de sommeil biologique<\/strong>. Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le cas pour les individus \u00e0 faible IMC. L\u2019heure de repas est rest\u00e9e la m\u00eame pour tous les groupes confondus.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">l&rsquo;IMC influenc\u00e9 par un repas tardif associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00e9latonine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois lorsqu\u2019il y a corr\u00e9lation entre le moment de lib\u00e9ration de la m\u00e9latonine et la prise d\u2019un repas, le pourcentage de graisse corporelle et l&rsquo;indice de masse corporelle (IMC) augmentent. Le poids corporel aussi est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 tout comme la <strong>tendance \u00e0 grossir.<\/strong>&nbsp;Les chercheurs n&rsquo;ont not\u00e9 aucune autre relation entre l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;ingestion, la quantit\u00e9 calorique, la composition en macronutriments, le niveau d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;exercice, ou la dur\u00e9e du sommeil.
