Ce n&rsquo;est pas pour rien qu&rsquo;elle est leader de la&nbsp;<strong>#teamgrosjambons<\/strong>. Son entrainement intense et rythm\u00e9 est aussi motivant pour les hommes que pour les femmes. Pour preuve, il suffit de s&rsquo;inspirer de sa souplesse, de sa puissance, de sa force et de son agilit\u00e9 pour mettre au point sa propre routine d&rsquo;entrainement.
