Faites fondre l\u2019huile de coco au bain-marie, puis versez-la dans le r\u00e9cipient sur les flocons d&rsquo;avoine.<\/li><li>Ajoutez le sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable, puis m\u00e9langez.<\/li><li>Int\u00e9grez le reste des ingr\u00e9dients : raisins secs et cacahu\u00e8tes, ainsi que la cuill\u00e8re de whey, puis m\u00e9langez bien en prenant soin de bien remuer jusqu\u2019au fond du r\u00e9cipient.<\/li><li>R\u00e9partissez la pr\u00e9paration dans 6 mini moules \u00e0 cake plats puis tassez fermement.<\/li><li>Enfournez pour 20 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C dans un four chaud.<\/li><li>Laissez les barres totalement refroidir avant de les d\u00e9mouler.
