On vous a dit que&#8230; vous avez lu que&#8230; , ou vous avez l&rsquo;impression de l&rsquo;avoir toujours su&#8230; Pourtant, de fausses croyances circulent, certains rapportent des lieux communs ou des clich\u00e9s qui finissent par sembler vrais, tant on les a entendus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Il faut consommer plusieurs produits laitiers par jour pour avoir suffisamment de calcium<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 ce que veut nous faire croire, l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire, pour maintenir une fili\u00e8re laiti\u00e8re forte et conforter certaines positions \u00e9conomiques, les produits laitiers ne sont pas la seule source de calcium viable. A titre d\u2019exemple sachez qu\u2019\u00e0 poids \u00e9gal, les graines de pavot apportent 12 fois plus de calcium que le lait, que le s\u00e9same en apporte 6 fois plus et que 100g d\u2019amandes seront plus riches en calcium qu\u2019un verre de lait. Le plus important, si vous \u00eates soucieux d\u2019un apport suffisant en calcium, est de varier les sources pour que la biodisponibilit\u00e9 totale de votre apport soit respect\u00e9. Si le lait est, bien entendu, indispensable \u00e0 la bonne croissance des enfants (et pour d\u2019autres raisons que la pr\u00e9sence de calcium), une fois adulte, les produits laitiers ont deux gros inconv\u00e9nients : un apport en lactose, qui m\u00eame si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas intol\u00e9rant a l\u2019\u00e9norme inconv\u00e9nient de retenir l\u2019eau sous la peau et un apport important en graisses satur\u00e9es. Ce qui n&rsquo;en fait pas l&rsquo;aliment \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte contrairement \u00e0 la pub qui veut nous faire croire que les produits laitiers sont nos amis.
