Il transforme les prot\u00e9ines alimentaires en un compos\u00e9 chimique directement responsable de la gen\u00e8se du tissu musculaire : l&rsquo;azote.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les prot\u00e9ines se transforment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/3-bcaa-acides-amines-essentiels\"><strong>Les prot\u00e9ines alimentaires, une fois ing\u00e9r\u00e9es, sont transform\u00e9es en acides amin\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/a> Ensuite ces m\u00eames acides amin\u00e9s se transforment en partie en azote. C\u2019est \u00e0 partir de l\u2019azote que <strong>l\u2019organisme g\u00e9n\u00e8re de nouvelles prot\u00e9ines musculaires<\/strong>. En effet certaines bact\u00e9ries, les Rhizobium, vont permettre la synth\u00e8se de compos\u00e9s azot\u00e9s comme l\u2019ARN, l\u2019ADN, enzymes h\u00e9moglobine \u00e0 partir des prot\u00e9ines ing\u00e9r\u00e9es\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un besoin d&rsquo;azote<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout syst\u00e8me vivant a besoin d\u2019azote pour cro\u00eetre. Les v\u00e9g\u00e9taux utilisent l\u2019azote de l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re. Les animaux et l\u2019homme utilisent les prot\u00e9ines pour former de l\u2019azote. Elle sert \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de nouvelles cellules qui viendront remplacer celles qui sont d\u00e9truites. Chaque jour, votre organisme va \u00e9liminer des cellules en fin de vie. Il va \u00e9galement en cr\u00e9er de nouvelles pour les remplacer. Et c\u2019est \u00e0 partir des compos\u00e9s azot\u00e9s qu\u2019il va pouvoir le faire. Un bilan azot\u00e9 positif (apport&gt;excr\u00e9tion) permet <a href=\"\/76-prendre-de-la-masse\"><strong>d\u2019augmenter la masse musculaire<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;Au contraire, un bilan azot\u00e9 n\u00e9gatif induira une fonte musculaire.
