{"id":2446,"date":"2014-06-10T13:14:42","date_gmt":"2014-06-10T13:14:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new-fitadium.synten.com\/TheGoodFit\/?p=2446"},"modified":"2024-07-11T10:24:21","modified_gmt":"2024-07-11T08:24:21","slug":"beta-alanine-performances","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/beta-alanine-performances\/","title":{"rendered":"La b\u00e9ta-alanine, un plus pour les performances !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"860\" src=\"\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/vignette-TGF.jpg\" alt=\"The Good fit sport et alimentation pour les sportifs\" class=\"wp-image-33911\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une \u00e9tude br\u00e9silienne a apport\u00e9 <\/strong><b><strong>la preuve que <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/614-beta-alanine\"><strong>la b\u00e9ta-alanine pouvait am\u00e9liorer les performances<\/strong><\/a><\/b><strong> de cyclistes, lors d\u2019exercice de haute intensit\u00e9.<br> Cette \u00e9tude a compar\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois des individus de niveau sportif diff\u00e9rents et a mis en \u00e9vidence cet effet, y compris sur les athl\u00e8tes entrain\u00e9s, ce qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9menti lors d\u2019une \u00e9tude pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, mettant en avant uniquement son effet tampon sur l\u2019acidit\u00e9 des muscles.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>La b\u00e9ta-alanine <b>pour gagner du temps sur les performances<\/b><\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, une suppl\u00e9mentation en b\u00e9ta-alanine -un <b><a href=\"\/3-bcaa-acides-amines-essentiels\">acide amin\u00e9<\/a><\/b> appartenant au groupe b\u00e9ta -augmente le niveau de carnosine dans les muscles, ce qui se traduit par une <b>am\u00e9lioration du volume de travail et une diminution de la fatigue musculaire<\/b>, d\u2019o\u00f9 <b>un gain de force et des performances<\/b> boost\u00e9es.<br> Deux groupes d\u2019hommes entrain\u00e9s et non entrain\u00e9s ont re\u00e7u chacun de fa\u00e7on al\u00e9atoire, une dose de 6,4 g par jour de beta-alanine ou un placebo pendant une dur\u00e9e de 4 semaines.<b> Une am\u00e9lioration de la forme physique a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e<\/b> chez les deux groupes, entrain\u00e9s et non entrain\u00e9s, indiff\u00e9remment de leur niveau d\u2019entrainement. Alors que chez les personnes recevant le placebo, aucune am\u00e9lioration de la performance n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e. L\u2019effet de la beta-alanine chez les personnes entrain\u00e9es a toutefois \u00e9t\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure de 11% \u00e0 celles des personnes non entrain\u00e9es, ce qui laisserait supposer qu\u2019une telle suppl\u00e9mentation peut faire gagner du temps sur des ann\u00e9es d\u2019entrainement (environ 1\/3).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le Dr Jose Antonio , Ph.D., chef de la direction de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Internationale de Nutrition Sportive ( ISSN ), <b>la suppl\u00e9mentation en beta-alanine am\u00e9liore les performances au niveau de la force et de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration <\/b>et ce, surtout dans les sports demandant de l\u2019explosivit\u00e9, bas\u00e9s sur la glycolyse et utilisant le m\u00e9tabolisme de l\u2019ana\u00e9robie lactique (qui se produit lorsque le corps ne peut plus s\u2019oxyg\u00e9ner suffisamment en raison de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de l\u2019effort), comme le sprint, l\u2019interval training, <a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-musculation-prise-masse-seche\/\"><b>la musculation avec contraction isom\u00e9trique\u2026<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><strong>Source<\/strong>: Amino Acids <\/span><br> <span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">May 2014, Volume 46, Number 5, Pages 1207-15. doi: 10.1007\/s00726-014-1678-2\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/24500111\">Influence of training status on high-intensity intermittent performance in response to beta-alanine supplementation<\/a>\u201dAuthors V. de Salles Painelli, B.
