Quel est le point commun entre Steeve Jobs, Marck Zuckerberg, et beaucoup de scientifique ou de philosophes, (Rousseau, Darwin, Socrate) ainsi que quelques musiciens c\u00e9l\u00e8bres ? Ils r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissaient pendant leurs promenades, ou animaient des r\u00e9unions en marchant, comme les disciples d&rsquo;Aristote, les p\u00e9ripat\u00e9ticiens, qui suivaient les le\u00e7ons de leur ma\u00eetre en se promenant, \u00e0 tel point qu\u2019on se demande si ce n\u2019est pas cela qui d\u00e9clenche l\u2019activit\u00e9 cr\u00e9atrice de leur cerveau.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Ce qu&rsquo;en disent les \u00e9tudes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un protocole scientifique a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli pour tenter de le v\u00e9rifier. <strong>Et il semblerait que la marche stimule la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 de 60%.<\/strong><br> C\u2019est une chercheuse am\u00e9ricaine de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Stanford, Marily Oppezzo, San Francisco, qui s\u2019y est coll\u00e9e, avec l\u2019aide de Daniel Schwartz, professeur \u00e0 Stanford Graduate School of Education.<br> En examinant les capacit\u00e9s cognitives de 176 \u00e9tudiants, avant ou apr\u00e8s une promenade en plein air ou \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Entre deux balades, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 une batterie de tests mobilisant leur imagination. Les stimulations physiques ont vari\u00e9 entre <strong>marche sur tapis roulant<\/strong>, marche en ext\u00e9rieur, debout ou pouss\u00e9 dans un fauteuil.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces variables ont montr\u00e9 que l\u2019<strong>activit\u00e9 de la marche est stimulante <\/strong>ind\u00e9pendamment des facteurs ext\u00e9rieurs et que ceux qui marchent r\u00e9ussissent mieux que ceux qui sont assis dans la grande majorit\u00e9 des cas. Mais l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience se r\u00e9v\u00e8le la plus int\u00e9ressante, c\u2019est que c\u2019est lorsque l\u2019imagination et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 qui sont sollicit\u00e9es, que les r\u00e9sultats sont les plus remarquables, notamment au niveau des analogies complexes, des associations d\u2019id\u00e9es, de l\u2019inventivit\u00e9 associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des objets. Mais si c\u2019est bien efficace en cas de brainstorming, ce n\u2019est pas le cas lors de questions&nbsp; n\u00e9cessitant une r\u00e9ponse unique et cibl\u00e9e.<br>Toutes les t\u00e2ches ne gagnent donc pas \u00e0 \u00eatre faites en marchant, mais celles qui demandent de trouver de nouvelles pistes ou des id\u00e9es cr\u00e9atives, oui. Selon Oppezzo, la marche fonctionne bien avec la divergence de la pens\u00e9e cr\u00e9ative et non avec la convergence et la perspicacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:
