Les pistaches avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 leur effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur la baisse du cholest\u00e9rol su stress et une am\u00e9lioration de la concentration ainsi qu\u2019une augmentation des \u00e9rections, mais cette fois ce sont les femmes qui en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient.<br><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Pour rester mince, mangez des pistaches !<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Composition nutritionnelle <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, ajouter des pistaches \u00e0 son r\u00e9gime quotidien, permettrait de<b> maintenir son poids.<\/b><br> Les pistaches sont riches en calories du fait de leur teneur en lipides (1 g de lipides = 9 kcal) et pourtant, elles ne font pas grossir, m\u00eame consomm\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Elles pourraient m\u00eame diminuer la pression art\u00e9rielle et faire baisser les lipides sanguins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 10 semaines, portant sur 48 femmes en bonne sant\u00e9 \u00e2g\u00e9es de 21 ans en moyenne et en \u00e2ge de procr\u00e9er d\u2019ajouter quelques portions de pistaches chaque jour \u00e0 leur r\u00e9gime alimentaire, correspondant \u00e0 1\/5\u00b0 de leur besoins en calories.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque semaine les femmes recevaient soit un sachet scell\u00e9 de pistaches correspondant \u00e0 20% de leurs calories totales, pendant 10 semaines, puis aucune pistache, le tout entrecoup\u00e9 d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de sevrage de 15 jours.&nbsp; Des mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites : taux de lipides, tour de taille, poids, composition corporelle (imp\u00e9dance) et pression art\u00e9rielle, \u00e0 jeun, au d\u00e9but et \u00e0 la fin de chaque traitement&nbsp; A la fin de cette p\u00e9riode, les femmes ayant consomm\u00e9 les pistaches, n\u2019ont enregistr\u00e9 aucun changement dans leur poids, tour de taille ou autres.&nbsp; Toutefois, le cholest\u00e9rol, les triglyc\u00e9rides et la pression art\u00e9rielle avaient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement baiss\u00e9<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela prouve que les ol\u00e9agineux et notamment les pistaches ont leur place dans<b><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-perte-poids-femme\/\"> un r\u00e9gime sain et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9<\/a>,<\/b> contrairement \u00e0 ce que pensent la plupart des gens. Leur teneur en fibres, prot\u00e9ines et bonnes graisses (poly et mono insatur\u00e9es) en font une collation de choix. Les \u00e9tudes sugg\u00e8rent \u00e9galement que manger 42,5g de noix chaque jour pourrait r\u00e9duire le risque de maladie cardiaque, consomm\u00e9s dans le cadre d\u2019un r\u00e9gime faible en gras. Il est \u00e9galement possible d&rsquo;opter pour une <b>suppl\u00e9mentation en acides gras de type om\u00e9ga-3.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div
