Les sages et religieux de la Chine et du Japon utilisaient le th\u00e9 pour veiller, \u00e9tudier et m\u00e9diter. Il a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Asie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le caf\u00e9 nous vient des hauts plateaux \u00e9thiopiens. La l\u00e9gende raconte qu\u2019un berger remarqua que certaines baies rendaient ses ch\u00e8vres plus toniques. C\u2019est ensuite aussi par les religieux que le breuvage s\u2019est r\u00e9pandu pour rester \u00e9veill\u00e9 et prier.
