Facile de se laisser tenter lorsqu&rsquo;on veut des abdos visibles, on voudrait les faire matin, midi et soir !Les abdominaux sont r\u00e9gis par les m\u00eames m\u00e9canismes physiologiques que les autres muscles. Comme eux, ils ont besoin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer pour se renforcer. Ils ont cependant une capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration bien sup\u00e9rieure aux autres muscles, car ils interviennent dans tous les mouvements et maintiennent une posture correcte du corps toute la journ\u00e9e. M\u00eame&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">si<\/span><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/exercices-musculation\/abdos\/\"><strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"> le travail des abdominaux est essentiel<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"><strong>,<\/strong> il est donc \u00e0 proscrire de les entrainer tous les jours !
