En effet, des tests ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s sur une p\u00e9riode de 6 semaines \u00e0 raison de 5 jours\/semaine sur 2 groupes de personnes. Les uns ont fait 1 heure de v\u00e9lo \u00e0 intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e et les autres ont utilis\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode Tabata.
