Vous pouvez ajouter une cuill\u00e8re de mayo ou de sauce salade light ou agr\u00e9menter d\u2019herbes, selon votre degr\u00e9 de masse grasse.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi le cuire vous-m\u00eame en suivant les recettes du web, par exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour pain lavash maison :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>450 g de farine<\/li><li>8 g de sel<\/li><li>15 g de levure fra\u00eeche de boulanger<\/li><li>250 ml d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de<\/li><li>60 ml de yaourt de fromage blanc ou de k\u00e9fir<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9layer la levure dans quelques cuiller\u00e9es d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de. Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer la farine, le yaourt, la levure et le sel et mouiller avec de l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de pour obtenir la bonne consistance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e9trir environ 10 mn jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse et \u00e9lastique. Laisser lever la p\u00e2te une heure dans un saladier graiss\u00e9 et dans un endroit chaud ( elle doit doubler de volume).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9gazer la p\u00e2te en la tapant bien avec le dos de la main poing ferm\u00e9, reformer une boule puis recommencer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser reposer 30 mn. D\u00e9gazer encore une fois et diviser en 10 boules de p\u00e2te. Laisser reposer 5 mn. Puis \u00e9taler finement chaque p\u00e2ton sur un plan farin\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire cuire \u00e0 la po\u00eale chaude, un apr\u00e8s l\u2019autre, sans mati\u00e8re grasse 30 sec de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 maximum 1 mn. Le pain ne doit pas \u00eatre trop cuit pour pouvoir rester souple.
