Les fabricants de <strong>suppl\u00e9ments<\/strong>, dans leur tentative de vouloir gagner des parts de march\u00e9, se concentrent sur \u200b\u200bles substances qui augmentent l&rsquo;absorption de cr\u00e9atine musculaire et la r\u00e9tention. Par exemple, la prise de cr\u00e9atine avec du glucose augmente la r\u00e9tention de cr\u00e9atine de 60% \u200b\u200bpar rapport \u00e0 la prise de cr\u00e9atine seule. L\u2019estragon, une herbe de cuisine commune, a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 comme une substance qui pourrait augmenter la prise de cr\u00e9atine. Une \u00e9tude int\u00e9ressante men\u00e9e par Richard Kreider et Jonathan Oliver de la Texas A &amp; M University a constat\u00e9 que la consommation de l&rsquo;estragon 30 mn avant la suppl\u00e9mentation en cr\u00e9atine n&rsquo;a pas eu plus d&rsquo;incidence sur l&rsquo;ensemble du corps que sur la r\u00e9tention musculaire de cr\u00e9atine que n\u2019en aurait eu la <strong>cr\u00e9atine seule<\/strong>.
