On ne peut que saluer l\u2019initiative d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 britannique qui propose d\u00e9sormais des l\u00e9gumineuses \u00e0 l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des l\u00e9gumineuses \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif ! <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines marques commercialisaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 des chips de betterave, carotte, courgettes, mais personne n\u2019avait encore pens\u00e9 aux lentilles et aux pois chiches.<br><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Une richesse en prot\u00e9ines<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"> C\u2019est d\u2019autant plus int\u00e9ressant que <strong>les l\u00e9gumineuses sont <a href=\"\/4-proteines\">riches en prot\u00e9ines<\/a><\/strong> et constituent des aliments de choix pour leurs bienfaits. Encore mieux que le houmous en p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner, qu\u2019il faut \u00e9taler sur du pain, les chips de l\u00e9gumineuses sont propos\u00e9es en plusieurs go\u00fbts et tailles de sachets : piment\/citron, cr\u00e8me d\u2019aneth, sel de mer et tomate\/basilic. <\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans ar\u00f4mes artificiels, ni conservateurs, cette marque propose une alternative saine \u00e0 l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif et sont <strong>\u00e9galement int\u00e9ressantes pour les personnes qui sont v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes<\/strong> (environ 2% de la population fran\u00e7aise, plus si on ajoute les v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens -ni \u0153uf, ni produits laitiers- et les flexitariens qui mangent de temps \u00e0 autres des prot\u00e9ines animales ) ou les personnes intol\u00e9rantes au gluten.
