Depuis, de nouvelles mol\u00e9cules ont fait leur apparition. Nous avons donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire \u00e0 nouveau le point sur ces suppl\u00e9ments sp\u00e9cifiques. On distingue deux types de mol\u00e9cules. Celles qui permettent d\u2019\u00e9lever le taux de testost\u00e9rone totale et celles qui ciblent la testost\u00e9rone libre. Faisons un rapide rappel sur le m\u00e9canisme hormonal de la testost\u00e9rone&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Testost\u00e9rone totale et libre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La testost\u00e9rone totale circule dans l\u2019organisme \u00e9tant li\u00e9e \u00e0 une glycoprot\u00e9ine (SHBG) ou \u00e0 une mol\u00e9cule d\u2019albumine s\u00e9rique. Ces mol\u00e9cules de transport modifient la nature de la testost\u00e9rone circulante (DHT, aromatase \u2026). La testost\u00e9rone li\u00e9e \u00e0 la SHBG devient inactive pour l\u2019anabolisme. Or seule celle qui n\u2019est pas li\u00e9e (d\u2019o\u00f9 son appellation de testost\u00e9rone libre) ou faiblement li\u00e9e \u00e0 une mol\u00e9cule d\u2019albumine (testost\u00e9rone bio disponible) sera&nbsp;<strong>active pour le <a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-musculation-prise-masse\/\">d\u00e9veloppement de la masse musculaire<\/a><\/strong>. La SHBG peut \u00eatre influenc\u00e9e par plusieurs facteurs comme l\u2019\u00e2ge, le taux de masse grasse, des facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques. En effet, le taux de SHBG est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 sur le chromosome 17.<br> Plus ces facteurs sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s, plus le taux de SHBG (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin) l\u2019est aussi. Et plus la partie anabolisante de la testost\u00e9rone (libre) sera faible. Notons \u00e0 ce titre que le tissu adipeux joue un r\u00f4le \u00abhormonal\u00bb en augmentant la SHBG et l\u2019aromatase. Par cons\u00e9quent, on observe un taux de testost\u00e9rone libre bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis des ann\u00e9es, <strong>certains suppl\u00e9ments comme le Tribulus terrestris<\/strong> <strong>\u00e9taient utilis\u00e9s pour stimuler la synth\u00e8se de la testost\u00e9rone<\/strong> par le biais de la LH. La LH (hormone lut\u00e9inisante) est un messager induisant un r\u00e9trocontr\u00f4le hormonal positif. Il agit par stimulation de la production de testost\u00e9rone. Toutefois les derni\u00e8res \u00e9tudes scientifiques tendent \u00e0 prouver qu\u2019ils n\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8veraient que la testost\u00e9rone totale. Son effet indirect sur la testost\u00e9rone libre serait insuffisant pour accro\u00eetre l\u2019anabolisme de mani\u00e8re significative. Sur le m\u00eame principe, mais de mani\u00e8re plus visible, agit l\u2019acide D aspartique.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">De nouveaux d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever pour les labos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9fi des laboratoires de di\u00e9t\u00e9tique sportive \u00e9tait alors de stimuler la testost\u00e9rone libre en limitant la liaison des androg\u00e8nes \u00e0 la SHBG. Des travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s sur la vitamine D, le zinc, des plantes agissant notamment sur la dopamine et le bore.<br>\nLa dopamine, en inhibant la prolactine augmente la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de GnRH. Celle-ci, \u00e0 son tour, stimule la production de testost\u00e9rone par les testicules. C\u2019est l\u00e0 une nouvelle voie que les scientifiques ont explor\u00e9 pour mettre au point <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/62-anabolisants-naturels\"><strong>une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de stimulants hormonaux.<\/strong> N<\/a>otons \u00e0 ce titre que la dopamine stimule \u00e9galement la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019hormone de croissance). Des exp\u00e9rimentations cliniques aux Etats-Unis ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les effets d&rsquo;une suppl\u00e9mentation en bore chez des femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es. Ce dernier augmentait significativement le taux sanguin de testost\u00e9rone. De m\u00eame, une suppl\u00e9mentation en vitamine D augmenterait la sensibilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9cepteurs testiculaires \u00e0 la GnRH.
